Jeffrey Rappaport majored in Bioengineering. It was during his senior year of undergrad when he discovered his passion for medicine! He just completed his PhD in the Cell Biology and Regenerative medicine program, and transitioned back to med school this spring. Jeffrey enthusiastically shares his journey to medicine and the inside scoop on life at college.
Ashley Zachery-Savella graduated with a dual degree in Biochemistry and Neurobiology. She is currently in the second year of her neuroscience PhD, working in the Karen Wilcox Lab. She attends University of Utah School of Medicine as part of the MD-PhD program with a specific interest in epilepsy research.
