Advising Appointments

Current students and alums can schedule two 20-minute advising appointments each semester. Appointments must be at least four weeks apart. 

Schedule an appointment with an advisor

If you are unsure which advisor to see, please use this form. You can also use drop-in hours as needed (drop-ins are shorter and meant for brief questions).

Pre-Med, Pre-Dentistry, and Pre-PA students must attend or watch a recording of their respective Intro Workshops prior to scheduling a one-on-one appointment with an advisor. These workshops are located in the Pre-Health Advising Canvas course under “Intro Workshop."

Please note: You may choose an in-person OR virtual advising appointment.

• Advisors are not always available for in-person appointments, so PLEASE check each advisor’s booking page for the days when their appointments are held virtually.
• In-person appointments are held in 2300 Symons Hall.

Cancellation Policy

If you cancel within 24 hours of your appointment, it will count as one of the two you are allotted for the semester. You must wait the required four-week interval before booking another appointment, but you are welcome to visit us via drop-ins at any time. 

If you do not show for a scheduled appointment and do not cancel or otherwise let your advisor know ahead of time, you will be marked as a no-show. This means you will be unable to request additional appointments for the semester, but you can still join us during drop-ins.
