All UMD students or alums who are interested in engaging with HPAO should join this course. This course is designed to be the main hub for HPAO information and resources.

You will lose access to Canvas after you graduate. Please create an Alumni Associate Account to continue to use our course. Once you create your account, log back in to Canvas with your new account to activate it. You can then register for our course.
Committee Process Canvas Course
All UMD students applying to medical, dental, optometry, or podiatry programs in the upcoming cycle should join this course (applying in the summer of this year to matriculate in the fall of next year).

- Highlight DEADLINES and best-practice TIMELINES
- Communicate REQUIREMENTS for the Pre-Health Packet and Committee Process
- Share TIPS AND RESOURCES for completing your application
- Ensure consistent and timely INFORMATION from the advising team
Nursing Pathway Canvas Course
If you have already been accepted into the Guaranteed Nursing Pathway, we have a dedicated Canvas course for you. If you are on the pathway, this course has information on requirements, deadlines, and how to meet with your Nursing advisor.
