David Rekhtman graduated in Spring of 2021 with a dual degree in Biochemistry and Biological Sciences: Physiology and Neurobiology. He is currently in his first year of his MD at the Perelman School of Medicine at University of Pennsylvania. As a student interviewer at his school, David is here to share his insight along with some tips and unique trademarks of the program.
June Solow is currently studying at Rowan University School of Osteopathic Medicine (RowanSOM). She majored in Public Health Science at the University of Maryland and felt that there was less guidance for students applying to DO schools exclusively. She offers advice, tips, and insight into her application process to help fellow students who are applying to osteopathic medical schools.
Dr. Sam Spellicy graduated from UMD in 2013 as a Biological Sciences: Physiology and Neurobiology Major and is currently an MD/PhD student at the Medical College of Georgia.
Jeffrey Rappaport majored in Bioengineering. It was during his senior year of undergrad when he discovered his passion for medicine! He just completed his PhD in the Cell Biology and Regenerative medicine program, and transitioned back to med school this spring. Jeffrey enthusiastically shares his journey to medicine and the inside scoop on life at college.

She attends University of Utah School of Medicine as part of the MD-PhD program with a specific interest in epilepsy research.
